These little hand pies have everything there is to love about s'mores - gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, crunchy graham crackers - and all in one little tiny Stuff'n Mallow pie.
What you need-
1 pie crust (homemade or store bought)
8 graham crackers crushed
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter melted
3 Stuff'n Mallows cut in half (any flavor)
1.) Heat oven to 425°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2.) Roll out pie crust. Cut with 3-inch round cookie cutter into 12 circles. Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar in a small bowl. Brush both sides of pie crust circles with butter; dip into graham cracker mixture to coat.
3.)Place 6 coated pie crust circles on cookie sheet. Put 1 half of the Stuff'n Mallow on the pie crust, then place the remaining pie crusts on top of the Stuff'n Mallows. Pinch edges to seal.
4.) Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store covered in refrigerator.
